The Visitors Center hosts a full wine gallery with the collection of Gush Etzion wines, liquor, gifts and other delicacies.
BaYekev Dairy Restaurant
Dine in the elegant dairy and fish restaurant in the heart of the winery. Indoor and outdoor seating is available throughout most of the year. Indoor seating features a view into the winery, whereas the outdoor seating has spectacular views of the vineyards.
The experienced kitchen staff is headed by Chef Ruth Shwartz, and the dishes will surely meet your culinary wishes. Offering a wide range menu which includes a selection of fish, seasonal pasta dishes, stone-oven pizza, salads, freshly baked breads, delicacies, special breakfast and delectable desserts.

A special wine event runs on average from 1.5 to 2 hours. The evening includes:
