The climbing chugim in the bloc combine climbing training with social games that encourage interaction, thinking and training of the body. Together with our instructors, children will learn climbing techniques, how to walk on ropes, play games and have fun in our air-conditioned climbing center.

Originally an activity where people started to climb over large rocks – boulders. Today it refers to any type of low altitude climbing (up to four meters) when the climb is over a very thick mattress that is authorized by the European union safety standards. Bouldering allows the climber to work on techniques and specific steps without having to climb an entire wall.

The program is adapted to each participant according to his/her age and riding ability. The younger children begin riding on ponies and progress gradually to larger horses.
Private: 45 minute lesson, once a week
Group: 60 minute lesson, once a week in the appropriate group (depending on age and riding ability)
King David Stables is located in a yishuv called Yad Shmona just a 15 minute drive outside of Jerusalem off Route 1.

Tamar can create personalized sessions on the pilates equipment to strengthen while simultaneously improving posture and balance. Tamar will customize a routine depending on your personal goals – whether you are seeking to improve your physical wellbeing, cross train for competitive events, elevate your physical therapy routine, or reverse the damage of sitting at a desk all day.
In the summer of 2011, when Tamar moved to Jerusalem, she was seeking an exercise routine similar to what she had experienced in New York. She searched for a fun filled intense cardio spinning experience which would provide an outlet for stress release, recharge her batteries and encourage introspection through uplifting music. Unable to replicate her US experience, Tamar completed her certification and found her calling converting Jerusalem residents into spinning aficionados.
Spinning encourages confidence and self esteem.

]]>Gymnasts are divided into age groups and will learn floor exercises, use balance beams, trampolines and other gymnastics equipment. The classes are taught by women and the final show at the end of the season is for women only.

There are three branches of Kfitz Kfotz across the city including Katamon, Kiryat Moshe and Har Homa. The program is run by Tehila, Tanya and Temima.
